If Senators Bill Brady and Dan Rutherford are elected—
Who will be appointed to fill their Senate seats?
Who’s inquiring? Who’s lining up? Who will make the appointments? Who holds the votes? What’s the process?
HYPOTHECIALLY SPEAKING-TWO OPEN STATE SENATE SEATS?
IF Brady wins as Governor, that means someone needs to be appointed to fill his Illinois State Senate. Two people have told McPundit they woud like to be considered for the nomination IF, the seat becomes open: those two people are State Representative Dan Brady, and Bloomington businessman Scott Lay.
If State Senator Dan Rutherford wins his state-wide bid for Illinois Comptoller, someone will be appointed to fill his seat. Who will it be? Who lives in that district? Is is State Rep. Keith Sommer, State Rep. Shane Cultra, Tazewell County Board Chairman David Tazewell?
